2011 Reading Holiday Parade
WEEU staffers came out for the Holiday
Parade through downtown Reading. Above left: Len Carmen & Mike

Here's WEEU's Lynn with Steve Moyer Subaru's Janice and
'Cowbell' at the November 2011 live doggie meet and greet and
adoption day at Steve Moyer Subaru. At this annual event, dogs like
Cowbell are made available for adoption to good homes. On the right,
we have a group of greyhounds at the adoption and meet and greet
event.
We were able to find homes for at least three dogs
at our recent event.This
Pug, Dakota, found a new home. And here is a great photo of WEEU's Charlie
Adams with the Scream ghoul during the October 2011 live broadcast at
Steve Moyer Subaru in Leesport. The broadcast included
discussion of ghosts, traditions, folklore and literacy in Berks
County.

Reading. Gene, a longtime listener (and winner of the Harley
Davidson motorcycle giveaway), snapped them.

for the world-famous Trans-Siberian Orchestra, performed live at our
recent love broadcast event at Steve Moyer Subaru in Leesport.
Vitalij was there to help promote his performance in the
Concert for a Cause put on by the American Cancer Society on Friday, September 9th, 2011, at the
Miller Center for the Arts in Reading, PA. In the other photo
we see two of the many distinguished guests that attended the live
broadcast and have helped to organize this worthwhile event.
Below: Harry Rinker, (as heard on
WEEU Radio every Sunday morning from 8am to 9am), was a part of our
huge flea market and yard sale event at the Leesport Farmers Market
on Father's Day. The event drew the largest Sunday crowd at
the market in its 50 year+ history! Below we see Harry as he
appraises a gorgeous cut glass punch bowl worth more than $3,000.00!
In the right hand photo we see Harry with Woody and Cindy Weist from
the Leesport Farmers Market.

Educator Jeremy Scheivert poses with an American Kestral and WEEU's

Steve Moyer Subaru. We were promoting spring bird watching,
where to enjoy it, and the great resources at Hawk Mountain
Sanctuary at Kempton. In the second photo from the left, Mike
poses with the American Kestral. The next photo over is the
Kestral and the final photo in the series is the daughter of Eric
Moyer with sales manager Keith Weiser singing 'Happy Birthday' to
her daddy Eric who celebrated his birthday at this broadcast.
