INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1
(1/2 pound) 4 eggs,
separated and beat 1
pound chopped walnuts 3
cups flour, more if needed 1
tsp baking powder 1 cup
chopped dates Mix all
ingredients together, roll out and form into cookie shapes
that you desire, or "rock" shaped lumps, put on
ungreased cookie tin and bake in oven at 350F for 10 to 12
