BAKED APPLE BUTTER

INGREDIENTS

Four quarts Apple Sauce

One cup vinegar

Six cups sugar

Two teaspoons cinnamon

One teaspoon nutmeg

One teaspoon allspice

Use a large roast pan.  Mix all ingredients well.  Bake in a covered pan at 325 degrees for three and one-half hours, stirring occasionally.  Enjoy!
